Know what you're bringing into your life.
Exact Plant Guarantee
You get the exact plant you see.
No swaps. No "similar specimen." No surprises.
If something changes before shipping - damage, decline, or it's simply not right anymore - we stop.
Then you decide what happens:
- replacement
- refund
- store credit
- or cancel the order entirely
We don't make that call for you.
Plant Condition & Quality
Every plant is inspected before it leaves.
If it's not strong enough to travel, it doesn't ship.
But these are living things. They grow, scar, adapt.
Minor imperfections happen. That's not a flaw - that's reality.
Bare Root Shipping
All plants are shipped bare root.
No soil. No hiding.
You will need to pot them when they arrive.
We do this on purpose.
We want to see everything before it leaves - and so should you.
Bare root shipping allows us to:
- inspect the entire plant, including roots
- catch issues that soil would hide
- reduce the risk of damage in transit
It's cleaner. Safer. More honest.
Buyer Requests
We strongly recommend bare root shipping everywhere.
If you're sourcing plants elsewhere or combining orders, request it.
Same reasons:
- better inspection
- safer travel
- fewer surprises
You want to know what you're getting.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If something arrives in bad condition, contact us within 24 hours.
Send clear photos of:
- the plant
- the packaging
- the shipping label
We'll review it and sort it out.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- replacement
- refund
- or store credit
Minor transit stress — such as slight dehydration or cosmetic changes — is not considered DOA.
After Arrival
This part is yours.
Plants react to stress, change, and new environments.
What happens after delivery depends on how you handle it.
We recommend:
- letting the plant settle
- avoiding immediate repotting shock
- keeping conditions stable
We guarantee arrival condition - not what happens after.
Shipping & Weather
Check your weather before ordering.
If conditions look risky, we may delay shipping.
We'd rather hold a plant than send it into something it won't survive.
You chose it. Now keep it alive.
